Ⅰ. Social insurances and housing provident funds
1.According to the laws and regulations, EpiWorld provides pension, unemployment, occupational injury, medical and maternity insurances for its staff.
2.EpiWorld provides housing provident funds for the staff who has signed the labor contract with EpiWorld.
1. EpiWorld encourages staff to balance the relationship between work, study and personal life. According to national laws and regulations balancing with company’s business running condition, EpiWorld provides official holidays, marital leave, maternity leave, nursing leave and funeral leave etc. Please refer to staff brochure for details.
2. EpiWorld provides paid annual leave basing on the serving ages. Staff whose serving age is more than 1 year but less than 10 years could have 5 days paid annual leave; Staff whose serving age is more than 10 years but less than 20 years could have 10 days paid annual leave. All the annual leave would be arranged at Chinese New Year period. HR department will check the paid annual leave annually.
Ⅲ. Providing the shuttle bus from Xiamen island to company location
EpiWorld provides shuttle bus from Xiamen Island to company at Xiang’an for stuff for their convenience.
Ⅳ. Luncheon Allowance
EpiWorld provides 300 RMB per month to the staff as luncheon allowance.
